Yes. Each step stands on its own. The four step set covers the whole day and costs less than buying the steps one by one.

They match the shape of a normal day: breakfast, late morning, the afternoon dip and the hour before bed. If your day runs differently, keep the order and shift the hours.

Supplements are not instant. Give any new routine a few weeks of daily use. Results vary from person to person, which is why you have 60 days to decide.

The ritual is designed to be spread across the day. If you have questions about combining supplements, ask your physician or pharmacist.
